Each metro, bridge, or expressway project has pushed us to innovate in design and load management. Our in-house team now develops tailored solutions that reduce assembly time while maintaining structural accuracy. We have also strengthened our quality control processes to ensure repeatable performance across diverse site conditions. This evolution has allowed us to support more complex and large-scale projects across India.

2. Modern formwork design often emphasizes both efficiency and sustainability. How does Translite integrate these aspects into its product development and project execution?

For us, sustainability goes hand in hand with engineering efficiency. We design modular systems that can be reused for multiple cycles, significantly reducing material waste. Our steel formwork is fabricated to withstand long-term use, which cuts down the industry’s reliance on disposable materials. We also optimise designs to minimise weight without compromising strength, helping reduce transport emissions and site congestion. Working in the GCC required us to elevate our processes to match global expectations. We aligned our manufacturing with ISO 9001:2015 and ensured compliance with material standards like IS 1161 and IS 2062. Our teams also adapted to regional safety norms, climate conditions, and inspection practices. Exporting to countries like the UAE and Saudi Arabia means every batch is checked meticulously for uniformity and durability. This experience has strengthened our ability to deliver internationally reliable solutions.

7. The construction industry is seeing a shift toward modular and reusable systems. How is Translite contributing to this transition and promoting circularity in scaffolding materials?

We’ve invested heavily in designing systems that support long-term reuse without loss of performance. High-grade steel, precision welding, and strict fabrication tolerances ensure that each component can withstand multiple project cycles. We developed specialised formwork and support systems for large pier caps and elevated structures, ensuring exact alignment. This experience taught us the importance of precision planning and rapid on-site adaptability. We also strengthened our quality assurance processes to meet the project’s strict engineering criteria.
